The Netherlands Business Support Offices (NBSO’s) are offices special set up by the ministries of Foreign Affairs and Economic Affairs (EVD) for Dutch companies, to support them in their activities in large and upcoming markets areas. The growing numbers of questions regarding foreign products and services in these new markets presents opportunities for Dutch exporters and investors. Opportunities for large companies but, also for the small and medium sized companies. The NBSO’s do not have any diplomatic status, but are focussed on promoting trade and investments from the Netherlands to the regions where they are set up. At the moment there are eighteen NBSO’s in 11 countries.
